Usually preachers are like marketing people - they try to sell that Only their God is God and He is One and only to deliver you from sins.

Question: Hare Krishna preachers tell us that only Krishna is Supreme God and He alone can deliver us from sins and miseries and we should only do Hare Krishna to attain moksha. We get confused between Baba Lokenath and Krishna, will we not get mukti if we worship Baba Lokenath?

Baba Shuddhanandaa Brahmachari: Usually preachers are like marketing people. They are there to convince you to go for their product so that their product sells more and their number multiplies. Like Vatican and Catholics, they would preach and sell Jesus as The only Son of God and The One and only to save you from sins. You will buy this because of the huge marketing investment and networks. So also Hare Krishna would hard sell that Only Krishna is God and He is One and only to deliver you from sins. Here the marketing strategy is one and the same. One is selling Jesus and the other is selling Krishna.

As such Jesus or Krishna are telling us to look within. Till we find our own true Self our existential Being we remain restless. Baba Lokenath is one with the Self and Existential Being of all that is manifest. Without the Grace of Sadguru like Baba Lokenath or great Sages and Masters it is not possible to see the ultimate light. Don’t get confused, don’t listen to everyone trying to sell their Guru or God!
